My odd humor aside, I noticed that hhhuuummuuss sales have decreased lately. Once you can have more energy interaction we must help their sales. It should be easy to ingest and process ..... yum :-) Lots of hugs and love, Joanne

My dear friend, how has the journey of healing been? We have kept you in our prayers and healing thoughts sending you all the energy that you need to muster each day as you face radiation and chemo. Today, I read from the 101 Reflections on TaiChiChuan to the Saturday morning class. I read about water being supportive, powerful and nourishing and how it fills all spaces and indentations. So we flowed like water during the form to Mozart's Romance. It was beautiful. I hope the liquids of Chemo and radiation and hydration will offer you the same support, power and nourishment to blast those cancer cells away. Stay strong. Rest. Love and Hugaroos from the Krause Fam.

The Creative Writing class will be thinking about your CAT scan on Friday with words like decamp, depart, flee, go, leave, withdraw, and vanish. We are sending healing thoughts to you.

Resting and healing sounds like the better option. Visualizing a clear ct/petscan in a month! Enjoy your beautiful backyard - that has to be good for your soul and your health.

The young avocados on our tree are getting larger. Hope your appetite for them comes back by the time they are ripe. Hope you have a cool breeze in your garden on these very hot days. Thinking of you.

Wow what an update. As I have said before you are amazing. I can't believe your courage, attitude and outlook on life. You have taught all of us so much about life. Thank God for the MRI results. It was certinaly a testimony to see so many friends at your Art Show just wanting a hand squeeze.. You light up our lives, with much love and admiration Tex and Ranie

This early morning of November 1st at 2:30am, I had a dream visit from Suzette, and I let her know how very much I missed her and wished her well. It was so profound that I instantly woke up and looked at the clock. The first moment I had today at work, I made sure to write here, and let everyone know that our Spirit understands the importance of keeping track, and being with the ones you love, if even if it has to be in a dream.
